Oh man! poor Isaac! Not only Theodore might be his nephew instead of his son, but also Natalie made him believe he was actually his father for 10 years. He married her to do the right thing and maybe he even didn't have to. I also feel bad for her although she'd been pretty slutty before marrying Isaac.
Hopefully Isaac will still love Theodore as his own even if the DNA test says he's Taylor or Zac's son.
